So they need your help to get the essentials. By removing the pin, the desired object will be safely delivered to mother and child. But if it is destroyed and cannot reach the recipient then you will have to play the level again. There are also special blue pins that, when removed, reveal more coins. When you pull a pin, it disappears and no longer holds anything or gets in the way.
