In Crossy Cat, you will be tasked with helping a character cross the river and collect fish. Before playing, you can choose your character such as dog, pig, elephant, cat and many other animals. However, you need to unlock it before using it by accumulating enough fish through play. There are three types of fish that you need to know including orange fish, with this type of fish it will help you add three points, while red fish will help you earn ten points but bone fish will make you lose three points.

To play Crossy Cat, you need to hold down the mouse to gain momentum and release the mouse to jump over. In each game there will be three hearts representing three lives. When the character jumps over the river and hits a brick, you will lose a heart. After losing all three hearts, the game will end.
